Phoenix Survivor Network is providing Phoenix Care Kits to breast cancer warriors under the age of 41 who are currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or have completed their active breast cancer treatment within the last six months. Our goal is to present at least two women with a Phoenix Care Kit every month.
