Chandra McFall

Chandra McFall is a Public Service Administrator for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services providing services to children and families for over 25 years. She obtained her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from George Williams College at Aurora University. Throughout Chandra’s professional career, she has provided services in the areas of leadership, support, and advocacy to individuals who have encountered life’s challenges while attempting to minimize and/or eliminating those challenges while encouraging self-efficacy for the improvement of their quality of life. 

Chandra is a 13-year survivor of breast cancer and an active participant in the fight for a cure. In addition to her humanitarian support, Chandra has worked as a mentor to teens in the development of building self-esteem and strong values. She has sat on school boards in the development of a new community school as well served as the local school council president for five consecutive years. In her free time, Chandra enjoys cooking, home decorating, meeting new people, helping others in need, feeding the homeless during the holidays, and spending time with her family and friends, and more importantly engaging with her grandchildren as she works to help mold a new positive legacy of the future generation.
